Required roles: broadband-r

Return each configured view of the connections overview with its org-scoped doc count and full
table/CSV column config, in a single round trip — letting the frontend render the summary tiles and
column headers without waiting on the list query. Each name matches the view values accepted by
GET /mixed-broadband/connections/?view=<name>. Pass query to restrict the counts to the same
free-text search the list endpoint accepts.
