Lists the datapool options available for this connection.

The response carries two lists:

• data_pool_products — orderable single_connection and shared_by_identical_products
  products of any compatible carrier (caller orders by product UUID).
• existing_data_pools — multiple_connections pools the connection could join (caller
  orders by pool UUID).
