Change the data pool of a mobile broadband connection. The new data pool will go into effect on the
first day of the next billing cycle. For single_connection and shared_by_identical_products
targets pass the new product ({"data_pool": {"product": {"uuid": ...}}}); for
multiple_connections targets pass the destination pool UUID
({"data_pool": {"uuid": ...}}).

ℹ️ This endpoint starts a new change transaction. A broadband connection can have only one open transaction at a time. Changes that require a new transaction will be rejected until the current transaction is either finished or cancelled.
