Changes the product of the selected connection and circuit. This can be used to change the bandwidth or quality
attributes of the circuit. To get the list of available circuit products for this connection, use the
Get Available Circuit Products endpoint. An overview of the products that this order is expected to
add can be found using the Change Connection Circuit Product Receipt endpoint.

ℹ️ This endpoint starts a new change transaction. A broadband connection can have only one open transaction at a time. Changes that require a new transaction will be rejected until the current transaction is either finished or cancelled.
