Returns the receipt for changing the primary route of a circuit. Only the addresses the customer is billed for are
on it: a fixed connection terminates on its first address free of charge, so growing a primary route beyond it is
priced for the whole new subnet. IPv4 addresses do not have a minimum contract date, so the receipt does not
include a contract duration.
