Returns the online status of a connection, derived from router data per circuit (EVC NID).
Status per circuit:
online: PPP session last seen within 5 minutesoffline: PPP session last seen more than 5 minutes agounknown: No router data found
Connection-level status:online: All circuits are onlinepartially online: At least one circuit is online, but not alloffline: All circuits are offlineunknown: At least one circuit is unknown
