Returns the available profiles. Provide a connection_uuid on its own (the profiles the
connection could be changed to, with pricing), or an organization_uuid and/or a
carrier_product_uuid (the matching active profiles without pricing — the organization filters
by assortment, the carrier product narrows the applicable profile types). A connection_uuid is
a shortcut for its organization and carrier product, so it cannot be combined with them.
