Returns the available profiles. Provide a connection_uuid on its own (the profiles the
connection could be changed to, priced for the connection's contract duration), or an
organization_uuid and/or a carrier_product_uuid (the matching active profiles — the
organization filters by assortment, the carrier product narrows the applicable profile types).
With both an organization_uuid and a carrier_product_uuid, each profile is priced for every
contract duration it is available for. A connection_uuid is a shortcut for its organization
and carrier product, so it cannot be combined with them. Pricing is only included with the
pricing-r role for the organization.
