Change the network and/or the subnet size of the primary route. Naming a network requires cherry-picking to be
enabled; giving only a subnet_size re-issues the route at that size from any address the profile has free. A
primary IPv6 route always keeps the subnet size the termination profile prescribes for it.

ℹ️ This endpoint starts a new change transaction. A broadband connection can have only one open transaction at a time. Changes that require a new transaction will be rejected until the current transaction is either finished or cancelled.
