Change the network of the primary route. This route is only useful if cherry-picking is enabled; it is not possible
to force a new random network or change the subnet size of a primary route.

ℹ️ This endpoint starts a new change transaction. A broadband connection can have only one open transaction at a time. Changes that require a new transaction will be rejected until the current transaction is either finished or cancelled.
