Updates the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the fixed broadband connection identified by the provided UUID. The
list of available SLA products for this connection can be found using the Get Available Sla Products
endpoint. An overview of the products that this order is expected to add can be found using the
Change Connection Sla Receipt endpoint. To view the expected duration of the
change, use the Change Connection Sla Planning endpoint.

ℹ️ This endpoint starts a new change transaction. A broadband connection can have only one open transaction at a time. Changes that require a new transaction will be rejected until the current transaction is either finished or cancelled.
